"When I started baking vegan, I thought it could never be as good as the real thing, and would be really hard to produce. Not being able to use the basics like eggs, butter, cream or even regular granulated sugar was a challenge. Now I use all kinds of different soy products, such as milk, butter and cream cheese, as well as tofu and egg replacer. After testing dozens of recipes over and over again I finally came up with vegan* baked goods I really enjoy!"

About Vegan products: Being vegan means avoiding foods that contain animal products or byproducts. This includes meat, eggs, butter, shellfish, honey, dairy products of any kind and even some sugars. But being vegan is not just about eating; it influences other choices in everyday life, such as what types of shoes, clothes and cosmetics to wear.
